Phoenix hurricane jutsu

the user creates a giant phoenix made of flames that swirls around the creator and opponent, destroying all other elemental jutsu apart from fire. It then rises up into the air and sends down fire kunai made from its feathers before disapperaring.

mizuki uses her kekkai genkai which can call forth the spirits from her deceased family. she calls forth her family and they shield her, protecting her from nearly every attack. however, this move is draining

the user brings forth a huge wolf made out of fire which collides with any other elemental jutsu and attempts to push it back. it then leaps for the opponent.

two dragons made out of fire swirl around mizuki and the opponent engulfing them in a flame vortex.

History/Background Story: Mizuki was orphaned at the age of 7 when the 9 tailed kyuubi ravaged her clan and left her as the only survivor. She grew very isolated but passed to genin with ease. She got put on a team with towashin and kaleb and the 3 of them became friends quickly. She trained with them and they all quickly advanced in rank. She became hokage, kaleb and towa joined the akatsuki. All 3 later on became sannin. She trained long and hard but was always very negative about her abilities, she never thought she was good enough and still doesn't. She tries to be positive but her past makes that hard to do. She treasure her two best friends dearly but wants them to know she can take care of herself. She always carries her brothers katana and her mothers sais with her and these are her weapon of choice. She is a fighter to the end and thinks that she may be able to be a good hokage if she gets stronger.
