a whip made of iron that has links going through it to make it bend flexibly
there are spikes every two inches going down all 4 sides of the whip and when they wrap around someone they will open up on a hinge so it will injure the person severely to pull them out there is an electrical cord running through the middle of the whip and its connected to all the spikes when a button is pressed on the handle an electrical chatge off 800,000 bolts of electricity taken from the users chakra will shock what ever its touching
