History/Background Story: although neji used to owe his life through the binding to the hyuuga clan he found a way to deactivate it and became a member of the hidden sand village. he then rose to a high position due to his skills at defending the village
although it is known that he is almost freindless he has many underworld connections with large gangs and outlaws
