Hebi Kuchiyose is a Ninjutsu that is used to summon massive snakes. These snakes tend to be nearly 20 ft. tall, or more. The user can ride on the snake, or just cause it to attack.

History:
Zakku Grew up in the mist village with his sensei Batsu Hyuuga and then he left telling Zakku to get stronger and he could join him one day. So Zakku continued training harder and faster. Then a demon named shikaru terrorized the mist village and they sealed it in one of their most powerful ninja, Zakku. Shikaru Taught him how to use his black chakara and he would give him full access to his chakara if Zakku did what he commanded. So he killed the 1st Mizukage on his behalf and rann from the village about 5 years after that zakku found his old sensei with the Akatsuki and decided to join. He now resides in the headquarters of the Akatsuki waiting for the beckoning of shikaru.
Vortex Eye: It was created by Rikudou Senin's Cousin. It has been passed Down For generations and eventually formed into a weaker state called the "Sharingan" when it was mixed with the Byakugan. The Vortex Eye can reverse, mimic, or memorize any jutsu, Skill, or any fighting style. It is called the vortex eye for its apearance.
The Tensai Clan was created at the begining of the Kirigakure No Sato and held the Vortex eye which made mst nearly invincible. Soon only one person had the votex eye and his name was Zakku Tensai. Everyone else has the weaker form called the sharingan.
