((That is the stupidest excuse ever dude. ANY level of curse mark is fatal, even the first. Because It gives you chakra, but once it is gone it drains yours. ALSO, second deteriorates the muscle tissue no matter what curse mark you have. Third starts taking apart your chakra points, fourth would deteriorate you. Maybe not in Five minutes, but you couldn't last using it so much.))
