my eyes turn royal purple and black and my strength grows be cause you get all the demons abilitys
its like a half demon form but transformed into my eyes i can stay like this for one hour its allows me to see chakra patterns its thebakugan and rinnengan and the sharinggan put togehter with lightning and evrything else mixed

you can't make your own neo-rinnengan then what is pont of having the clan there are only 1-8 or 7 different neo-rinnengans

u made it up u can make your own i jus made mine more darker i jus added to a incomplete eye jutsu

the neo-rinnengan is not incomplete it is all finished and stop adding to it

i added this and ima keep it like this because i want it so jus disaprove si i can use it anyway

sorry thats final kal you can not use because i banned the retsu clan so anyone who was previously in there all of there retsu jutsu's will be deleted no matter what
