Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. That is the technique's weakness.
This is considered to be the Water Style equivalent to the Leaf Village's "Kage Bushin No Jutsu" (Shadow Doppelganger Technique) mainly
because it divides up the user's attention and chakra to an extent.

A move used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable prison of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the water sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This Jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Kisame has been seen using water clones' arms instead of his own arm for this technique; this raises the issue of what exactly must be held inside the bubble to maintain it. Hyūga Neji has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of hisTenketsu (pressure points) to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free.

Kisame employs this technique, but Kakashi has a Kage Bunshin (Shadow Doppelganger) copy and defend against it by retaliating with the same technique, canceling the attack.

Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

History/RP Sample:
Child ark
Dawn was born in a old house outside the leaf village. when he 6 his parents where killed by leaf ninja and then there house was stained with blood and he saw that one of them had a sharingan eye. Dawn was not killed but he was left a large scar crossed his arm going up in to his chest and half way crossed his chest. When dawn was then 10 he joined the leaf as a genin because he wanted to kill all of them he needed to learn jutsu. Dawn went in to the leaf and passed through acad with ease and in genin he actually killed one of his teammates by making him go in to a trap that Dawn made.

Dawn killed his opponent in the CE by making the water prison around him and leaving him in it then he died but then they did not pass him and this made Dawn VERY angry. He then decided to try to destroy the leaf now and when he tried he was surrounded by andu but he killed them with his wolfs then he got to the Hokage
"YOU KILLED THEM"
He shouted in his face then he charge at him with a kuni but he was hit by a kuni in the side by a ninja then he ran out of the village and kept running.

Dawn then ended up outside a cave where there was a faint light inside glowing then he traveled inside and saw the akatsuki extracting the demon out of someone. Dawn asked what was going on then a clone of one attacked Dawn but he doge it and stab it with a kuni. When the akatsuki was done they came to him
"WHO ARE YOU"
they asked him very loud and deep Dawn just said
"someone who needs to destroy the leaf."
The akatsuki saw his ability then they handed him a cloak and put him at the apprentice at a akatsuki who is a very tough person and they would not grant him a true rank of akatsuki but they would give him a ring.
