Bounty Hunting and Bounty Template

Few things on bounty hunting:

1. To get the bounty, the bounty must either be dead or close to it.
2. Any shinobi can get bounties if they happen to come across a missing-nin and defeat them.
3. Everyone who have gotten at least one reward for a akatsuki bounty now has their name profiled by the akatsuki, and may be a bounty as well.
4. PLEASE, do not put your own bounties in the bingo book, but in this forum.

Setting Bounties:

Any character with ryo may choose to spend some ryo to make a bounty or upgrade a bounty from it's original price. These bounties must be pre-paid, and will take effect immediately. You may set a bounty on anybody, akatsuki to kage.

Bounty Template:

Name of the Bounty: (The name of the target)
Ryo: (The reward the bounty hunter will get for the target)
Description: (The looks of the target, so the bounty hunter can locate them)
Reasons for Bounty: (This does not get shown on the bounty poster, it's just here to prevent bounty hunting people for no reason)

Getting the Rewards
The best part of Bounty Hunting, the rewards. To get the rewards of the bounty, you must go to the originator of the bounty, or for a general bounty, any of the main villages.
