a sharingan even more powerful than mangekyou: it doesnt give you any jutsu but it lets you see:
1) the opponents health
2) the opponents chakra amount
3) the opponents body through heat amounts
4) through the opponents genjutsu

it can also counter the tsukuyomi and allows you to use:

Range-Long
Type-Doujutsu/Kekkei/Gen
Effect- This technique is a genjutsu utilized by Shinobi of the Uchiha clan. Similar to Tsukiyomi, this technique requires eye contact. This genjutsu causes the victim to feel the pain of everyone he has ever harmed, no matter how small the pain was. Such instant pain will make shinobi weaker than the user go insane(Of at least two ranks lower).

Making it so that they dont have to look into your eyes changes the context of the Tsukiyomi and makes it almost SS ranked, impossible to use at your rank anyway. It would also ensure your automatic win, making it an auto-hit and therefore a GM.

That would be fine. It is a lot better. You could also put in something like:

Allows you to counter Tsukiyomi

Or even say something like-

Gives you the jutsu KinTsumi(I created this jutsu for the use of Uchihas because I played one on a different site.)
