Effect- This technique utilizes the Kenjinchi's special chakra. It allows the user to cast one bolt of electric chakra at an opponent. The bolt will then travel to every other enemy, shocking them. This technique won't kill, but it pulls all of the enemies together, as if they had been bound. The electricity is hard to break, and shocks anyone who touches it. This being said, the victims are placed in a lot of pain, since they are constantly touching the electricity.
