Name: Herutsu
Kekkei Genkai: Shin Banpaia
Description: The Shin Banpaia literally translates to "vampire heart". This kekei genkai causes a transformation in a Herutsu clan member in his/her early twenties. After this transformation, the user does not require food or drink, but must drink the blood of a human once every month. If he/she does not drink blood within the month, they will loose their speed until, after a week, they die. The clan member must drink all of their blood, no exceptions, meaning the victim will die.
The Shin Banpaia gives the user a speed increase depending on the amount of chakra the user has and the amount of chakra the victim has.

The user gains speed increase equal to:
1: 20% increase
2: 30% increase
3: 40% increase
4: 60% increase
5: 80% increase
6: 100% increase
7: 250% increase
This can only stack once (can happen twice), and will end at the end of a thread where the user chooses to use the speed increase. Using the speed increase takes a half a post to activate, and will not deactivate until the end of the thread. If these are not used by the end of the month, they will disappear.
Clan history: The Herutsu clan was originally from Konoha, when the hokage found out about their kekei genkai, and ordered that they leave the village. They accepted, knowing that they were lucky to be leaving unharmed. They attempted to get into other main villages, but never made it past the gates.
They became wanderers, feeding on travelers and whoever was not ready for them. Soon, however, their news spread, and it was getting harder and harder to get blood with the extra precautions that people made. The clan was slowly diminishing from its former glory.

Description: Prerequisite: Blood Link with a target. The clan member summons up the blood inside him and combines his chakra with it. He spits out the blood, and the chakra causes the blood to make a blade. This blade may use any blood techniques that require blood link, but only on contact with the target.
Name: Blood Blade: Plague of the Blood

Description: Prerequisite: Blood Link with a target, Blood Blade hits a target and makes him/her bleed. The blood blade goes into the target, causing a plague of the blood to the target. The target will have the following occur to him/her over time (these will occur at half speed if the target is not active) and will stop if the blood is removed. The other blood is easy to distinguish by medical ninja, and can be removed by a blood draw. The target may make a cut large enough for the blood to escape out of to stop this technique as well, however, not after three posts, and the cut must be made near the heart, or at the area the blood went in.

Description: Prerequisite: Blood Link with a target. The user goes into a rage and will attack the target with a 50% stackable speed increase. The user can not use ninjutsu during this time. This ends after two posts, or when stopped by the user.

Description: Summons a small bug. The bug may burrow underground, and is invulerable to enemy genjutsu and ninjutsu. The blood may pinch the target, and take some of its blood. The bug may be eaten by the member to activate a blood link with the target, only if the bug has some of the enemy’s blood in him.
