History:
Hikage was a weapon made by solidified matter from the sun. The early villagers of Suna found the blade, and gave it to their kazekage to use. During this time, all things that the blade could do were recorded, however, there was more to the blade then the kazekage expected.

The kazekage died, and the weapon was put into storage. Those who knew it existed forgot about it, and soon it was a lost blade. A few people who read about it tried to steal it, but the storage contained many powerful objects sealed by Suna, and was guarded well.

Recently, when Shiro was established as the kazekage, he went into the storage to find anything he would want for combat, and stumbled upon the blade. He read the side notes on what the blade could do, and decided to take it along with him. He has learned new things about the blade, and fights with it now, hoping to find out more.

Name: Plasma Flash, Greatest

Range: All who can see Shiro and the blade, in an open field (Huge 0~50 meters).
Description: Shiro hold the blade above his head, where the flash will have the greatest range. Then, the blade flashes, blinding all who look straight at it, and temporaraly blinding all who can see it but aren't looking at it for 2 posts.

Range: Self
Description: The blade turns to a intense white color, and starts making a buzzing sound, as some lightning techniques do. The blade's intense heat can be felt from up to 5 meters away. Activates the Blade's "Light Mode". During this time, any plasma abilities used by the blade temporaraly blind or temporarly deafen the target for one extra post. If both, choose one to add the bonus on to. This technique ends after five posts, or until specified by the user.

Description: The blade stars screeching, temporarly deafening those in range for 2 posts.

Name: Sun's Heat

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0~5 meters -- Full Effect / 6~10 meters -- half duration.
Description: Summons an intense heat from the blade. All targets within range, regardless of ally or enemy, are burned across the entire part of their body that is facing the blade for three posts. This could be any of the following: One Arm and one leg / Torso, both legs, both arms, neck, head (including eyes, if open) / Back, both legs, both arms, neck, head (not including eyes).
