Description: When towashin says Do thoughs who here him are forcefully pushed backwards when he says Ra they will be forced to jump and when he says mi they will quickly be smashed into the ground

Description:towashin will quickly spread water all over the battle field if a user moves the water will follow where ever he/she goes he then makes thunder go all over the ground so were ever the user or opponent steps they will get electricuted
