this is in part with the color seal and it activates at level three: dots appear all over the users body and out of them he /she can shoot winding chakra strings which can wrap around the opponent and drain their chakra to replesnish the users own

lets the user levitate objects and almost all matter and shoot them at the opponents/ move them
