effect- Aro focuses his chakra into certain body parts making them stronger and more solid causing them to be able to block metal weapons to some extent

effect- causes a heavy mist that makes the opponet unable to see in front of him in the perspective of the target. The user see's the targets eyes cloud getting them as close to being blind as possible

effect- morphs the mist around the user and the target to the users will causing the air to be harder or easier to breath as well as causing sight limitations

in that certain area it would cut off the flow to it for a period of time so yes all of it but not forever i shouldve mentioned that
