Description: The Shin Banpaia literally translates to "vampire heart". This kekei genkai causes a transformation in a Herutsu clan member in his/her early twenties. After this transformation, the user does not require food or drink, but must drink the blood of a human once every month. If he/she does not drink blood within the month, they will loose their speed until, after a week, they die.

The Shin Banpaia gives the user a speed increase depending on the amount of chakra the user has and the amount of chakra the victim has. The chart can be found under the clan section.

Clan History: The Herutsu clan was originally from Konoha, when the hokage found out about their kekei genkai, and ordered that they leave the village. They accepted, knowing that they were lucky to be leaving unharmed. They attempted to get into other main villages, but never made it past the gates.

They became wanderers, feeding on travelers and whoever was not ready for them. Soon, however, their news spread, and it was getting harder and harder to get blood with the extra precautions that people made. The clan was slowly diminishing from its former glory.

Character Bio: Tenma was born after the refusal of the villages, named in hatred to those villages. Dispite his name, his parents always treated him well, and his dad decided to start training him at the age of six of the clan techniques.

Tenma learned the techniques faster than anyone in the clan had ever done, by the age of ten he was finished, demolishing the previous record of fourteen. His father was proud of him.

Soon after, his father died, when he went out for blood, only to discover the victims were waiting for him. His mother told him all about their kekei genkai. His mother died within a week from shinobi who had the orders to kill anyone from their clan on site (on the way to their mission).

Tenma was furious at the villages. He wanted to learn to be the best shinobi, to crush the villages one at a time. He started making his own techniques and for the next nine years, was preparing for his own war.

Then, a duo of travelers with black cloaks with red clouds on them walked through his training area. He got into a fighting position, and so did they. They fought for a hour, but Tenma was overrun, fighting two people of his level at the same time. He asked which village they were from. They laughed at his ignorance, but then the taller one told him about the akatsuki. Tenma, seeing the opportunity to crush the villages, despite any lasting goals of peace they had, asked if he could join. The taller one said yes, the smaller one said no. After an argument, they decided to let him join.

Soon after that, his transformation occured. The akatsuki members carried him to their hideout, where he woke up soon afterwords.

Name: 1000 Lightning Needles

Description: Summons 1000 lightning needles encompassing an area of Tenma's choosing. Upon command, the needles will strike the target, stunning them for 1/50 posts for every needle that hits. The needles do not pierce the ground. These needles can also be used as a cage to prevent escape. The needles will disappear if an enemy of jounin level chakra control cancels the technique (with kai)
