Ryuke's skin is made of chakra imbuned ice. The chakra maintains the ice from melting, under any heat, moisture, or acidic condition, though it can be broken physically. Ryuke can use moisture to reform injured parts of his icy body. If destroyed, Ryuke transfers his mind to alternate ice imbuned bodies he is believed to have.

NOTE: His icy form allows him to live without Oxygen, as well as gain partial resistance from Geunjutsus, having no real brain in his body, he soul is the only part effected. He also gains immunity from non-acidic based poisons. He also does not gain exhaustion, or require food or water.

Imbuning his icy body in a chakra based form, Ryuke can use ice and snow to traverse his body across certain distances, reforming at another part. It also allows Iruke to sense anyone within 10 miles that are in contact with snow, ice or frost.

Transferring moisture particles in the air and earth, Ryuke can form intricate designs and, most times, weapons. Weapons and designs can vary to any form he wishes, though Kunai, Shuriken and throwing stars are the most common. Creating multiple kunai from thin air and throwing them repeatedly is an example of Ice weapons. The weapons may be elemental, though if enchanted with chakra, they gain the same physical quality as regular weapons.

Moisture builds from within the air and earth, instantly freezing long straight rows of ice. Several feet wide and able to stretch out many feet across, anything coming in contact is partially frozen ( humans, animal, plants, etc). This jutsu consumes very little chakra. Transferring chakra from his own body, Ryuke can touch a target, sending freezing ice and sub zero temperature through it. Though it works on people, it is effective for making barriers easily broken. Gains strength with cold weather.

Causing the moisture and pressure to change, Ryuke can cause a blizzard to form. temperature, snowfall and wind can vary. At full potential, the temperature can drop to -150'C (-228'f) in roughly 5 minutes. A fog also forms, and winds can go up to 55 km/h (40 miles/hour) with blindingly heavy snowfall. Covers very large areas.

BLACK ICE JUTSUS

Black ice jutsus are active only when Ryuke enters back Ice form. Such Lapses are temporary at times and longer at others, based on the situation. In Black ice form, his Jutsus Change. Regular Jutsus cannot be used in black ice form, and only black ice jutusus may be cast. Unlike regular jutsus, black ice jutsus are part chakra, and imbuned with part of Ryuke's soul, as so they are much stronger and require less moisture, but cause him pain and spiritual damage.

Centering his chakra, Ryuke summons a thousand horrific ice-based creatures from his ice barrier. Gaining every nightmarish form possible, they gain the appearance of real creatures as they should appear. Each uses Sharp claws and fangs, where as some shoot spikes, and others breath frost. Their abilities vary on the specific creatures. They do not attack Ryuke, but instead destroy what he wishes. Similar to Ryuke, they all have moisture-based regeneration.


Reapers Frost

Shifting chakra and spiritual energy, the soul of the reaper is brought to the world. Materialized though ice and frost, a large, dark, brooding form of the reaper is taken into physical existance. Availbile only for a few minutes, the reaper moves slowly, and holds himself 2 Jutsus, as well as a scythe, fighting along-side Ryuke momentarily before being banished back to the realm of the dead. His jutsus remain. None can control the reaper but Ryuke, and even so he is able only moderate control. Consumes large sums of chakra.

Dead's Shadow: Genjutsu. Target loses all senses. Sound, touch, smell, taste, sight, feel, and reflex are all lowered by 50%. Release not possible.

Sense of Doom: Genjutsu. The sense of impeding death is inevitable. Target becomes inattentive, and drifts out constantly, and gains uncontrollable chills and a rising sense of fear. Release not possible.


Frozen Crucifix

Razor sharp spikes off black ice materialize from the ground, shooting quickly up from beneath the target(s). The Spike moves unseemly fast, penetrating the target's spinal cord, and into the skull. Two more spikes shoot from the original, puncturing the target's arms, leaving the target dead on a frozen cross.


Demonic Visage

Black ice twists around Ryuke to form a protective armor. The armor in itself is jagged and twisted, giving off a dark and demonic appearance. The armor, like Ryuke himself, is regenerative, and shock absorbent, to resist physical attacks, though physical attacks are needed to break it. Ninjutsus used against Demonic visage fail.


Hellion Rose

Several thousand icy spikes shoot out from the the ground in an area around Ryuke, causing binding, and crippling, as so nobody can run away. The spikes gather up in many sides, folding up around Ryuke, like a flower closing, impaling the unlucky. The rose then shatters, the targets destroyed, and a portion of their chakra gained by Ryuke.

Similar to Frost Barrier jutsus, Black ice barrier is a stronger equivalent of the original, able to with-stand great pressure, and resist heat much better then regular frost. Unlike the original, however, is the fact that the barrier is dark, rough, and jagged with many spikes and sharp curves.

Another similarity to the original, Black frost craft involves the gathering of moisture from the air to craft objects. Unlike the original however, Black frost-Craft can Only create weapons. jagged, deadly, ugly looking things, they are never the less very dangerous. The most powerful are Nightmare Shuriken, and Shadow Halberds.

History/Background Story: Hasu Ketsumei was born in Kumo and was raised as a traditional Kumo Shinobi. He is an orphan and only gained the family name "Hasu" after he showed an unusual liking to the lotus flower. He graduated at a young age and was teamed up with the Kumo Nibi Jinchuuriki, Nii Yugito. He stayed a genin up until his third Chunin exam which was held in Iwa. After becoming a Chunin he was enlisted in the junior ANBU corp. As a junior ANBU he was drafted into the CI department and served for 3 years before being assassinated by a Konoha spy.
